Part of being a window manufacturer is dealing properly with not only the creation of outstanding-quality made vinyl products, but how you deal with the scrap material that are created afterward as well. As we at Seven D Industries, LP grow as a company, we are also investing more time and resources into the environment. Not only in making sure that less and less of our "refuse" finds its way into local landfills but increasing our awareness of the communities around us.
Most of all materials used in producing windows are Seven D Industries, LP are recyclable. The Vinyl is ground up and then goes through a unique separation process, which removes any foreign materials such as metals, weather-stripping, etc. The ground vinyl is then sold off. The majority of this ground vinyl goes into the production of fencing, railing and decking.
Cardboard is recycled and used to produce paper and pulp. Extruded aluminum is recycled into molded aluminum, and sold to companies such as die casting and related industries. Rolled aluminum is recycled and turned into sheet aluminum. Sheet aluminum can be then processed and turned back into rolled aluminum for a second time.
