Q: Does Seven D cover stress crack breakage under their warranty?
A: A stress crack is defined as a crack in the piece of insulated glass that occurs as a result of edge of glass irregularities combined with temperature. Seven D Industries issues a 12 month warranty from date of purchase on stress crack breakage.
The procedure to report a stress crack under warranty is to submit a photo of the window to the customer service department at the address below or it can be sent thru e-mail to: cbrink@7dindustries.com
